Poppin Frogs' 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase due to an incorrect or defective item, we will exchange or refund your purchase.

Item to be returned in same condition it was received.

Item to be protected by packing in a box, shipping pouch, or other USPS approved container.

Sales tax will be refunded to the original payment method.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Currently we ship within the continental USA including Alaska and Hawaii.  Shipping rates will be adjusted for Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for those shipping rates.
